As an MBA intern at Coleville Partners, you will be given exposure to the founder of Coleville Partners, and will be working directly for a portfolio company President who is an industry executive and veteran. This exposure will give you invaluable experience working with the leader of a private equity firm, as well as a senior operating executive at the portfolio company level. From day 1, you will be expected to hit the ground running, and you will be given projects and work streams which you will be responsible for and lead. Therefore, you can expect tangible outcomes and results from your time interning at Coleville Partners, and to gain valuable leadership and operational experience in a portfolio company.
It is preferred that applicants have worked for a minimum of four years, and come from a finance, consulting, marketing, actuarial or technology background.
In-semester internships (fall/winter and spring) are paid and part-time with a minimum of 15 hours required per week. Working locations are flexible and you can expect to work remotely for the majority of your internship. However, you will be expected to spend a minimum of one day every two weeks with our executives in our New York city office, and there will be one in-person induction day at the beginning of your internship. Summer internships are paid, full-time and for a minimum of 12 weeks typically from ~mid-May through mid-August.
